Maintaining proper hygiene after sexual activity is vital for women’s health. 1. Urinate After Intercourse

3. Change Underwear

Staying hydrated can also aid in preventing UTIs by ensuring that the urinary system functions efficiently. Increased water intake encourages frequent urination, which helps flush out any harmful bacteria that may have entered the urinary tract during intercourse.
