A recent nationwide report from 2024 has brought to light a worrying trend in the corporate world: nearly 90% of employees under 25 are dealing with anxiety and mental health issues. The findings, based on over 83,000 counseling sessions, 12,000 screenings, and 42,000 assessments, emphasize the severity of mental health concerns faced by young professionals.
